Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe how StreamLine, operated by Bradin Tyler Yang-Xiao Chung ("StreamLine," "we," "us," or "our"), governs your access to and use of our athlete-coach booking platform, website at www.elitestreamline.com, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Please note that StreamLine is currently in early access / beta. The Services are provided "as-is" and may change as development continues.

1. Our Services

StreamLine provides a platform that connects athletes with coaches for training sessions. The Services include tools for discovering coaches, booking and scheduling sessions, processing payments, and facilitating communication between athletes and coaches.

The Services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity where such use would be contrary to law or regulation. Persons who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

Age Requirements

  • Users who are 18 years of age or older may create an account and use the Services independently.
  • Users who are at least 13 but under 18 years of age ("Minors") may create an account only with the permission of, and under the direct supervision of, a parent or legal guardian. During account registration, a parent or guardian must check a designated consent checkbox confirming their permission for the Minor to use the Services.
  • We do not knowingly permit children under the age of 13 to use the Services. If we learn that a user is under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that account and all associated information.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and not share your password with any third party.
  • Notify us immediately at support@elitestreamline.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains inaccurate, false, or outdated information.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

Accurate Information

  • All information you provide — including profile details, contact information, skill level, and goals — will be truthful, accurate, and current.
  • You will promptly update your information if it changes.
  • Providing false or misleading information, including misrepresenting your identity, age, or athletic background, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Session Attendance and Conduct

  • You are expected to attend all booked sessions on time and prepared.
  • If you are unable to attend a session, you must cancel in accordance with the Cancellation Policy in Section 5.
  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations without cause may result in restrictions on your ability to book future sessions or account suspension.
  • You agree to treat coaches and other users with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
  • You agree to follow all reasonable instructions provided by coaches during sessions, subject to your own physical limitations and safety.

Compliance with Laws

  • You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.
  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches who register on the platform agree to the following additional obligations:

  • Provide accurate and complete profile information, including qualifications, experience, rates, and availability.
  • Complete and maintain an up-to-date annual background check as required by StreamLine. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
  • Show up on time and prepared for all booked sessions.
  • Notify athletes as soon as possible and cancel through the platform if you are unable to attend a scheduled session.
  • Conduct all sessions in a safe, professional, and respectful manner.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, certifications, and professional standards relevant to your coaching activity.
  • Ensure that your coaching environment (whether in-person or virtual) is reasonably safe for the athlete.

StreamLine does not employ coaches. Coaches using the platform are independent providers, not employees, agents, or contractors of StreamLine. StreamLine does not supervise, direct, or control any coaching session and makes no representations regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any coach.

5. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Booking

Athletes may book sessions with coaches through the platform. A booking is confirmed once payment is processed. Both the athlete and coach will receive a confirmation notification at that time.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply to all sessions booked through the platform:

  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 12 hours or less before the scheduled session start time are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made except at StreamLine's sole discretion in cases of documented emergency.
  • To cancel a session, you must do so through the platform. Cancellations communicated solely via email, phone, or direct message to a coach will not be accepted for refund purposes.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing times. StreamLine is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or card issuer.

If a coach cancels a session, the athlete will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

StreamLine reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance and will not apply retroactively to already-booked sessions.

6. Payments

All payments for sessions booked through the platform are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms of Service.

For purchases made on behalf of a Minor user, the parent or guardian must be present at the time of payment and must check a designated consent checkbox confirming their presence and authorization of the transaction. By completing this step, the parent or guardian represents and warrants that they authorize the charge and accept responsibility for the purchase.

StreamLine does not store full payment card details on our servers. All payment data is handled by Stripe using industry-standard security (PCI-DSS compliance).

All fees are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. StreamLine is not responsible for foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider.

7. Liability Limitation and Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk

ATHLETIC TRAINING AND PHYSICAL EXERCISE INVOLVE INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, OR DEATH. BY BOOKING AND PARTICIPATING IN ANY SESSION FACILITATED THROUGH STREAMLINE, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY COACH OR OTHER USER ON THE PLATFORM.

You are solely responsible for assessing your own physical condition and fitness level before participating in any session. You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new training program. StreamLine does not provide medical advice and nothing on the platform should be construed as such.

No Liability for Injuries or Physical Harm

STREAMLINE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER HARM THAT ARISES FROM OR RELATES TO: (1) YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SESSION BOOKED THROUGH THE PLATFORM; (2) THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY COACH OR OTHER USER; OR (3) THE COACHING ENVIRONMENT OR FACILITIES USED FOR A SESSION. COACHES ARE INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS AND NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF STREAMLINE.

No Liability for Disputes

STREAMLINE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RESOLVING DISPUTES BETWEEN ATHLETES AND COACHES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DISPUTES REGARDING SESSION QUALITY, CONDUCT, NO-SHOWS, OR PAYMENT. STREAMLINE PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR CONNECTION AND BOOKING ONLY.

If you have a serious concern about a coach's behavior or safety, please contact us at support@elitestreamline.com. We will review such concerns and reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or removing a coach from the platform.

General Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL STREAMLINE OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, publicly displayed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send us ("Submissions") are assigned to StreamLine, and we may use them for any lawful purpose without compensation or acknowledgment to you.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than those for which we make the Services available. As a user, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in your profile or during registration.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, or harm any other user, coach, or StreamLine employee.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services.
  • Use the Services to facilitate transactions or communications outside the platform to avoid fees.
  • Systematically scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without written permission.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
  • Engage in any automated use of the Services, including bots, scripts, or scrapers.
  • Use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or another user's account.
  • Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Services or its software.
  • Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with StreamLine or for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

10. Services Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms; (3) refuse, restrict, or limit access to the Services at our sole discretion; (4) remove content that is excessive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms; and (5) otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and facilitate proper functioning.

11. Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy at http://www.elitestreamline.com/privacypolicy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from another region, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will promptly delete any personal information collected from users under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in full force while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO THE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING FOR BREACH OF THESE TERMS. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT AND DELETE YOUR CONTENT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT WARNING.

If your account is terminated or suspended, you are prohibited from registering a new account under any name without our express written permission. We reserve the right to pursue civil, criminal, or injunctive remedies as appropriate.

13. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, hardware or software issues, or other factors. We have no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or discontinuance of the Services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

STREAMLINE IS IN EARLY ACCESS / BETA. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT ON THE SERVICES AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO DATA, BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER ISSUES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY COACH, PRODUCT, OR SERVICE OFFERED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE APPROPRIATE CAUTION WHEN ENGAGING WITH ANY COACH OR SERVICE THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreamLine and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or relating to: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) any breach of your representations or warranties; (3) your violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights; (4) your participation in any session booked through the platform, including any physical injury or harm; or (5) any harmful act toward another user of the Services.

16. User Data

We maintain certain data you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing performance and your use of the Services. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit or generate through the Services. We have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data, and you waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and StreamLine. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions.

There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and StreamLine as a result of these Terms or your use of the Services. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time without restriction.
